Service Projects
This year the Gamma sisters are hitting the ground running with many service projects for you to be involved in. . a. Schools for Africa-
clean water projects were discussed and will be researched by Alison Polanski.
This may need to be a two year project which would involve DKG partnering with
UNICEF.b. Books for Babies will
be continued this year. Books will be given out in May to new mothers at the
Helene Fuld Health System. Members
should try to bring at least one book to each meeting so we can meet our goal of
200 board books.
c. Ryan’s Quest is a
grass roots project which raises funds for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. They
have activities and fund raisers which we could support in various ways. Stay tuned for information to see how you can join in the fun.
